bellagio WATERFRONT PENTHOUSE

The Waterfront project is a renovation to the existed apartment designed as a penthouse style apartment and courtyard. Located in Baywater, it overlooks the Parramatta River and this aspect was focused to appreciate the beautiful view and large amount of sunlight to the penthouse.

The lower floor of the penthouse is an open plan design which consists of a kitchen, dining, study, bathroom and living areas with separate laundry, allowing for the flow of natural light into the interior. The open space extends to the large balcony/ courtyard creating an entertainment space with a barbeque space, pool area and an outdoor lounge.

The upper level consists of the client’s bedrooms, walk in robes and ensuites. The spatial plans of this penthouse were designed to suit the needs of the clients with the high-end finishes to create a luxe interior.

The aspect of this project was to produce a full documentation set, so that they could be immediately built.
