Join us for an amazing live music yoga session. Research from MIT has shown, that when listening to the sound of live classical music, it activates the ventral tegmental area of your brain.
The ventral tegmental part of your brain is a group of neurons responsible for the release of dopamine in the body. Dopamine is a natural drug the body produces, which is well-known for helping people feel happy, satisfied and motivated when released into the brain.
With yoga in general being great for helping the body de-stress and unwind, by adding live music to the practice, you find yourself more motivated to go deeper…
We will offer a 1hour class then stay for another hour for nibbles and drinks to celebrate the last term of the year with like minded amazing people…! Perfect!
Commit to 5 weeks to delve deeper into meditation practice, to connect more to yourself and to find a greater sense of inner peace. Each week will see a different technique introduced, practiced and reflected upon. Seriously, who doesn’t need to do this course?

Come and help women in need by doing a charity class this Saturday Sept 1st...Help us share the love
#Yoga4Dignity 2018 is a women’s charity yoga event that will bring thousands of women from all over Australia together to touch our toes, open our hearts and Share the Dignity.
Every night, there are 48,000 homeless women in Australia. It is our GOAL to have the same number practising yoga together and raising funds for women in crisis. Our yoga events are all about enjoying a yoga class with like-minded women.
